A two-level mirrored observatory: one side holds the Chao Phraya and Bang Kachao (Bangkok’s green lung); the other faces the modern skyline. From the upper deck (L59) you look toward Suvarnabhumi where global routes power Bangkok now and tomorrow. After sunset, touch-reactive Helium Chaotic Balls come alive a reminder that small actions, together, shape the city.
