Q: Which ticket should I buy?
Day: clearest views/photos. Sunset (Most Popular): golden hour → city lights (you get Day + Night). Night: Thai nightlife in the sky shows, DJ, skyline cocktails.

Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
Access to 3 levels / 10 zones (L58, L59 stairs-only, L61): Sky Observation Deck, Bangkok Reflection (two levels), Virtual Loy Krathong, Virtual Sky Lantern, Baan Hanuman, Siam Societies, Sky Thai Kitchen, Hanuman Sky Bar & Restaurant, Hanuman Cinema. <br/><br/>No reserved seating; dining/lounge areas are first-come (member holds may appear online).

Q: Do I need an entry time?
Yes, choose a time slot. Once inside, no time limit until closing.
How to Purchase
Q: How do I buy tickets?
Book on our website. Pay by major cards. Onsite: cash + cards at Reception.
Late / Missed Entry
Q: I’m late, can I still enter?
We’ll do our best to admit you to the next available slot that day, subject to capacity.
Lost & Resend Ticket
Q: I didn’t get my ticket email.
Check spam/promotions. If missing, contact us with name, date/time, last 4 card digits we’ll resend.
Change Date & Time
Q: Can I change my entry time?
Yes, message us on LINE OFFICIAL / Email with your booking number; rebooked when space allows.
Cancellation & Refund
Q: Can I cancel for a refund?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. If severe weather or operational issues affect your visit, we’ll assist with rebooking.
Sky Bar Only
Q: Can I visit only the Sky Bar & Restaurant?
New guests need a Sky Pass or Cinema Ticket to access Level 61. Rolling Members may enter without a new ticket by meeting any period/zone minimums at the venue used (e.g., table minimums).
Pick & Choose
Q: Do I need to experience all zones?
No, roam freely and enjoy the zones you want at your own pace.

Q: Where do I check in?
One City Center (OCC) - Level 1 Reception (main building, in front of the car drop-off). From BTS/Skywalk (Ploenchit–Ratchaprasong): enter main building → escalators down to L1 → Reception straight ahead.
Hours & Last Entry
Q: Opening hours?
11:00–01:00, last entry 00:00. Indoors stays open in light rain; outdoor areas reopen when safe.
Length of Stay
Q: How long should I plan?
90–150 minutes (sunset & shows often longer).
Dress & Safety
Q: Dress code for mirrored rooms?
Casual-smart. Heels/stilettos off in mirrored areas (Thai slippers available). Move carefully; hold children’s hands.
Photography
Q: Can I bring camera gear?
Personal photos welcome. No drones, ladders, confetti, or unsafe rigs. Tripods/large setups may be limited during peak times.
Smoking
Q: Where can I smoke?
Only at the designated outdoor area.
Coupons (Pick-up & Redemption)
Q: How do coupons work?
Pick up at L1 Reception after check-in. Redeem on L58 at the outlet named on your coupon (Baan Hanuman or Siam Societies). Not redeemed on L61.

Seating at Hanuman Sky Bar & Restaurant
Q: Are seats included with my ticket?
No. Seating is first-come (occasional member holds appear online). Tickets grant access, not reserved seats.
Siam Societies – Rama V salon; desserts/savoury sets & afternoon tea by day, salon cocktails by night. Shoes off on raised platforms.
Sky Thai Kitchen – Open kitchen; charcoal & clay pots first, refined with light modern technique; seasonal Thai produce.
Hanuman Sky Bar & Restaurant (L61) – Refined Thai food of popular flavours, skyline cocktails, cultural shows & live DJ after dark.
Daytime note: Deck drinks must be purchased from Baan Hanuman.
Hanuman Cinema
Q: What is Hanuman Cinema?
Cinematic dining under an immersive dome. Choose Taste of Thailand tasting menus or cocktail/mocktail pairings with regional bites + a short film on Hanuman & the Cycle of Life. Timed rounds—arrive 10 min early; upstairs bar is self-service during showtime.
Deal: When offered, thank-you price 50% (THB 500) for Taste of Thailand tasting menu with website pre-booking only (limited seats). Walk-ins: regular pricing.
OBSERVATION DECKS & ZONES
What will I see?
Q: Are seats included with my ticket?
At 276 m, 360° views: Chao Phraya & Rattanakosin (Wat Arun) plus the modern skyline. Day = clear vistas • Sunset = golden hour • Night = city lights.
Bangkok Reflection
Q: What is it?
A two-level mirrored observatory (L58/L59 stairs) framing past–present–future: Bang Kachao vs skyline; trace sightlines toward Suvarnabhumi. After dark (~18:30) Helium Chaotic Balls react to touch. Heels off; move slowly.
Virtual Loy Krathong
Q: How does it work?
Make a wish and colour your Krathong.
Scan at the station to bring it to life.
Receive and interact with your wish waterfall.
Take a mirror photo as your reminder.
Virtual Sky Lantern
Q: What to expect?
Step into an infinity-mirror lantern room where endless lanterns reflect toward the Bangkok skyline. Scenes shift through multiple light moods inspired by festival meanings (gratitude, release, hope) and echo the “Void Reflecting” sequence from Hanuman Cinema. Fire-free and perfect for iconic photos. Heels off in mirrors; please don’t touch or pull lantern fittings.

Q: Q: Are strollers allowed?
Yes on L58 & L61. L59 is stairs-only use stroller parking before the stairs; staff can help.
Wheelchairs & Mobility
Q: Is the venue accessible?
L58 & L61 have wheelchair-friendly public areas. L59 requires stairs (no lift between L58 & L59). We’ll help with routing.

Rolling Membership
Q: How does membership work?
Membership activates with your first signed-in website purchase and check-in. From that date you have a rolling 12-month term; every new signed-in purchase on our official website auto-extends your membership by 12 months from that purchase date.
Cash Vouchers (Members Only)
Q: Who can buy Cash Vouchers?
Cash Vouchers are for returning members who are logged in. Vouchers are online only and include entry as food & beverage credit for the selected date/outlet they work like prepaid credit that also confirms your booking.
Members may also purchase a Guest Cash Voucher to bring one +1 on eligible offers; the guest enters with the member and does not receive membership.
Gifting Vouchers
Q: Why can’t I purchase Cash Vouchers for my friends after becoming a member?
Cash Vouchers are member-linked and non-transferable—they are designed for your own visits.
You may attach one Guest Cash Voucher to your visit to bring a +1.
You must be present at check-in; your guest enters with you and does not become a member (for future solo visits they will need their own first online purchase).
